WordPress & WooCommerce
Checkout broken? Start with the failure.
Payment errors, slow pages or shipping rules that do not match the order. We review the fault, agree a bounded scope and verify the result against real scenarios you approve.
Fix & Finish
Checkout & payment repairs
Customers cannot complete an order, or the payment and order status disagree.
What we agree before work starts
- Deliverable: diagnose and repair the agreed checkout or gateway fault, with test results and change notes.
- Scope: named gateway, checkout configuration and agreed plugin conflicts. Merchant approval, chargebacks and provider outages are outside the repair.
- Acceptance example: agreed successful, failed and cancelled test payments produce the expected orders, statuses and notifications.
Fix & Finish
Speed & stability
A WordPress or WooCommerce site is slow, unstable, or breaks after changes.
What we agree before work starts
- Deliverable: a baseline, agreed bottleneck fixes and a before/after report under documented conditions.
- Scope: selected pages and flows, including checkout regression checks. Hosting changes and paid licenses require separate agreement.
- Acceptance example: repeat the agreed measurements using the same setup and confirm key store flows still work. No promised score or sales uplift.
Fix & Finish
Shipping rules & carrier integrations
Rates, zones or carrier connections do not reflect how you fulfil orders.
What we agree before work starts
- Deliverable: agreed zones, rate rules or one carrier integration, with a scenario checklist.
- Scope: named destinations, products and carrier capabilities. Carrier contracts, fees and unsupported API features are separate dependencies.
- Acceptance example: agreed address, cart weight and order-value combinations return the expected rate or unavailable message.
Building or moving a store?
These are separately scoped projects rather than quick repairs.
WordPress / WooCommerce store
Agree the catalogue, storefront, checkout, shipping and handover. Acceptance covers approved browsing and order scenarios. Content entry, licenses and support are explicitly scoped.
Shopify → WooCommerce
Agree data mappings, supported records, redirects and cutover. Validate sample records and reconciled counts. App parity, historical data limits and ranking changes need review before commitment.
How it works
Define the fix. Agree what done means.
-
Describe
Tell us what fails, what should happen, and your deadline. No credentials in the form.
-
Review & scope
We review the brief, clarify access and dependencies, then propose a scope and quote. Substantial diagnosis is scoped and agreed separately before it starts.
-
Fix & verify
Implement the agreed changes and run the agreed checks in a suitable test environment.
-
Hand over
Review the result, receive change notes and any remaining limitations, and agree deployment. Ongoing support is separate.
Before you enquire
Can you promise a price or deadline now?
We quote after reviewing scope, dependencies and access. We confirm a delivery plan before implementation. New findings or extra features require an agreed scope change.
What if the problem needs deeper investigation?
We explain what needs investigating and agree the investigation scope and cost first. A review may recommend a larger repair or rebuild; you decide whether to proceed.
Can I bring an AI-built app?
Yes, for a defined broken workflow or unfinished feature we can review. A full launch assessment is a separate Production Check, with prioritized findings rather than a certification.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Select the agency option in the enquiry. We agree confidentiality, client visibility and handover before work starts.
Should I send passwords or production data?
No. Describe the issue without credentials, API keys or customer data. If access is needed, we arrange an appropriate access method separately.
Start with one clear problem.
Tell us what is broken and what should happen instead. We will review it before proposing the next step.
