These terms apply when you use codefounders.tech, including booking a call, downloading a guide, subscribing to our newsletter or using the agency partner portal. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is run by CodeFounders Technologies - F.Z.E (“CodeFounders”, “we”, “us”), a Free Zone Establishment with limited liability registered in the United Arab Emirates, licence and registration no. 53600, with its registered office at B.C. 1302561, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. 2. Information on the site
The site describes our services, past work and approach. It is general information, not an offer to enter into a contract. Prices shown as “from” are starting points for guidance only. The price, scope and timeline of any project are set in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on the site.
3. Calls, guides and the newsletter
- Introductory calls are free and create no obligation for either side. We may decline, reschedule or cancel a booking, for example if we are not the right fit or are at capacity.
- Guides you download are for your own use and for use with your clients. Please don’t resell them or republish them as your own.
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email.
4. Agency partner portal
Portal accounts are personal. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. Information in the portal is confidential between your agency and us.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law; send spam or false information through its forms; impersonate anyone; try to gain unauthorised access, test for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or disrupt the site; or copy large parts of it with automated tools. We may block access if these terms are broken.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, code, logos and guides belong to CodeFounders or our licensors. Product names, logos and screenshots of client and partner products belong to their owners and are shown to describe work we did. You may share links to the site and quote short extracts with credit.
7. Articles are not professional advice
Articles and guides share our experience and general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Get advice for your own situation before acting on them.
8. Other websites
Links to other websites and products are for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
9. Availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CodeFounders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Project work we do for you is governed by its own agreement.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the updated version on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. Consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where they give you rights that cannot be waived.
