Can we mark up your prices?
Yes. Menu prices are trade prices for you. You set the client price and keep the relationship.
Who owns the code and IP?
You or your client, as set out in our agreement. We transfer repositories, credentials, and documentation at handover.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before you share client details. We can also sign a non-solicitation clause so we never approach your clients directly.
What happens if the scope changes?
Changes go through a simple written change request with a price and timeline impact, so you can approve it with your client before we build.
