Example only, not CodeFounders or customer results. Channel shares alone do not show profitability. Real recommendations also need spend, lead quality, sales and tracking coverage.

More visits do not always mean more customers. We help you see which sources bring people to your website, which bring engaged visitors, and which lead to enquiries or purchases. The aim is a practical decision: where should your next marketing budget and effort go?

Your channel view covers Google and other search engines, organic and paid social, paid search, referrals, email and identifiable AI platform referrals. We compare traffic, engagement, leads and sales where tracking supports them. When spend and revenue data are available, we show cost per lead, cost per acquired customer and attributed return on ad spend. Each metric states its reporting period, source and attribution basis. Revenue return is not profit, and attribution alone does not prove a campaign caused a sale.

SEO and content analysis identifies pages and queries that attract interest but need stronger conversion, technical fixes or better content. Competitor research uses public evidence or clearly labelled third-party estimates; it does not reveal a competitor's private analytics. AI search review records the prompts, platforms, dates, languages and markets sampled, and whether your site is mentioned or cited. Those observations measure visibility in that sample; they are separate from tracked visits and sales.

You receive one dashboard, a plain-language report and prioritized recommendations: where to focus, what to improve, what to test and what to measure first. AI helps summarize patterns and draft recommendations; we review them against the evidence before delivery. Recommendations explain their evidence, confidence and expected effort. We flag possible wasted spend only when the available cost and conversion data support it.

Every finding is marked as measured data, an estimate or a sampled observation. Missing data stays unavailable, rather than appearing as zero. We flag untagged campaigns, missing conversions, consent and ad-blocking gaps, incomplete sales connections and unknown acquisition sources. A direct or unknown visit cannot reliably be reassigned to an AI platform.

We start with a review of your website and existing measurement. Dashboard connections, refresh frequency, historical coverage and any ongoing reporting are agreed before work begins. Access to analytics, search, advertising and sales systems is arranged securely with the minimum permissions needed; do not send passwords or API keys in the enquiry form. If tracking is missing, we scope its setup first. Rankings, AI citations and revenue improvements are not guaranteed.

How it works

From first call to delivery.

  1. Start with your decisions

We agree your business goals, target markets, conversion definitions and the marketing decisions you need to make.

  2. Check the evidence

We review available analytics, Search Console, campaign spend and sales records, then identify tracking gaps and agree the dashboard scope.

  3. Build the picture

We bring the agreed data into one dashboard and review SEO, content, competitors and sampled AI search results.

  4. Decide what to do next

You receive a written report and a walkthrough of what to keep, what to test, what may be wasting spend and what needs better measurement.

Questions

Questions about Website Marketing Intelligence

Can you tell me where most visitors and customers come from?

Yes, where your analytics and conversion tracking support it. We distinguish the channels that bring visits from those associated with leads and purchases, and show unknown sources explicitly.

What if I do not have analytics or sales tracking?

We review what exists and scope measurement setup first. A website URL alone cannot reveal private traffic, advertising costs or sales. Historical data that was never collected cannot be recovered.

Can you measure traffic from AI search?

We report identifiable AI referrals and available platform reporting separately from sampled mentions and citations. Unidentified visits stay unknown; a citation does not prove a visit or sale.

What do I receive, and is it an ongoing service?

An agreed dashboard, a written report and a walkthrough with prioritized actions. Connections, refresh frequency and any ongoing reporting are scoped before work begins.

Will you manage campaigns or guarantee results?

This service focuses on measurement and recommendations. Advertising management, content production and implementation are scoped separately. We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations or sales.
