Before contacting support
- Check that notifications are allowed for Mutabaa.
- Check that alarms and reminders are allowed in Android system settings.
- For Pro purchases, use the Restore button inside the app before contacting support.
- Do not email private medication or health records unless you intentionally choose to share them.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of data associated with Mutabaa ads or purchases, email [email protected] with the subject Mutabaa data deletion request.
- CodeFounders will delete or request deletion of Mutabaa service records we can control, such as RevenueCat customer records connected to your purchase entitlement, where legally and technically possible.
- Medication schedules, dose logs, vitals, photos, profiles, notes, and reminders are stored on your device. CodeFounders cannot access them. You can delete them in the app by using reset/delete controls, clearing app data, or uninstalling Mutabaa.
- Some records may be retained by Google Play, AdMob, RevenueCat, email providers, or payment processors under their legal, fraud-prevention, tax, security, and support obligations.
- Support emails and deletion request correspondence may be retained as needed to process the request, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
