Purchases

ScanPure Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If Pro is missing after reinstalling or changing devices, use Restore Purchases inside the app while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.

Privacy Requests

Scan history, favorites, notes, generated QR codes, and settings are stored locally on your device. You can clear local app data through ScanPure settings. For requests involving Sentry crash diagnostics or RevenueCat purchase data, email support and we will process the request within 30 days.

URL Safety Checks

When you scan a URL, ScanPure may use a best-effort Google Safe Browsing check and same-domain warning. These checks help identify known phishing or malware domains, but they are not a guarantee. Treat unknown QR codes with the same caution as unknown links.

Crash Diagnostics

If crash diagnostics are enabled, ScanPure may send anonymized stack traces and device metadata to Sentry. Scanned content is not included in crash reports.
