By downloading, installing, or using CyclePure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
CyclePure helps users track period dates, daily logs, reminders, cycle predictions, PDF reports, and local backups. It is a wellness tracker, not a medical device. Predictions and insights are estimates and must not be used as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or fertility assurance.
2. Your Data
CyclePure stores cycle data locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details about local storage, exports, and optional purchase validation.
3. Purchases
If optional Pro purchases are enabled, purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Store refund rules apply. CodeFounders cannot directly issue store refunds.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use CyclePure in a way that violates law or infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or abuse the app except where allowed by law.
- Do not rely on CyclePure for emergency, clinical, contraceptive, fertility, or diagnostic decisions.
5. Disclaimers
CyclePure is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. CodeFounders does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for medical decisions.
6. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeFounders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for health, fertility, pregnancy, or treatment decisions made using the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date.
